Returns

Order can be returned and shipped back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if items requested to return and ship back to us are out of the policy time. An order that marked as delivered but was informed after 14 days from the delivery as lost by a customer will be marked finale sale and we will not be able to provide customer support service.


What items are returnable?
· They must be in original condition
· Unwashed, unworn, no dry cleaning or dryer
· With original tag
· No perfume or sweat smell

 

If the requested return shipped after 14 days from the delivery date the package will be returned back to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.


Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any product report as damaged after 14 days from the delivery date will not be replaced or after the product has been worn.

 

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. If you have multiple items in your order and they have been shipped separately, you still need to return within the return policy in order for each package to arrive.

 

Should the item(s) be returned with another courier rather than the one provided, all consequent costs will be at customers’ expense and ANDREEVA shall not be liable for lost or damaged items. By using another courier rather than the one provided by ANDREEVA, the customer is responsible for all taxes and fees at the time of shipment, if/where applicable.

To return your product simply start process from your account or visit return/exchange page to start your return. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10-14 business days. Return shipping fee of $10-$15 will be deducted from a refund for domestic US returns. International return cost depend on your destination and will be calculated upon request. 

Depending on promotional event sale items up to 75% off eligible for a store credit or exchange only.


Exchanges 

We replace items 14 days after delivery if they are defective, damaged or if you need another size or style. You will need email us at support@andreeva-online.com and provide photo proof right after delivery if any item/s received damaged or part missing. After 14 days all items marked as finale sale. If you need to exchange your order go to return/ exchange page to start your exchange process or simply start process from your account


Shipping

The order will be fulfilled from our warehouse in 1-2 business days ( for some orders it might take longerfrom date an order has been placed and do not include selected shipping timeframe, weekends and Holidays. We are shipping orders only from Monday to Friday and we do not ship on Holidays & Weekends.

If you have multiple items in your order, they might be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking number for each item shipped.

If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We offer complimentary 3-8 business days ground shipping and for an addition cost express 2-3 business days and 1-2 day express shipping. 

ANDREEVA cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond ANDREEVA’s control.

Shipping for international order are not free. It is flat $30 fee for shipping worldwide. All duties and taxes are included in your total cost of the purchase. 

 

Should parcels not be successfully delivered to customers address for reasons depending on customers (incorrect telephone number, incorrect address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per ANDREEVA commercial agreement, parcels might risk being returned to sender at customers’ expense. In such a case shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from any possible refund to customers.
