AN UPDATE ABOUT COVID-19
With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.
We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.
We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.
We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.
Order can be returned and shipped back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if items requested to return and ship back to us are out of the policy time frame.
* Exclusive Handmade Knitwear have exclusion only 10 days return policy.
If the requested return shipped after 14 days from the delivery date the package will be returned back to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Items marked as Finale Sale can not be return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days. The return shipping cost $10-$15 will be deducted from your return. International return cost depend on your destination.
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or you need another size or style. If you need to exchange item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you information with shipping label or you can go to return/ exchange page to start your exchange process.
The order will be shipped from our warehouse in 1-2 business days ground by UPS. We offer free 3-5 business day regular shipping and for an addition cost 2-3 business days and 1-2 day express shipping. If item is not available in US we will ship from our warehouse in Europe via DHL 2-3 day express shipping.
